Our story
The Oven Door is a small bakery on Dunhill Rise. We mix our doughs the night before, prove them slowly, and shape every loaf by hand at four in the morning so there's something proper waiting when the door opens.
Stoneground flour, sea salt, water, time. That's the whole recipe. Leeds is home, and we bake for the people who live here.
